how do i format my laptop to install win 98?

i dont have a floppy drive so how do i boot my laptop to install 98?

my win98 SE cd is a regular one i.e. non-bootable.


how do i create partitions on my hard disk ? like is it going to be done by going on dos prompt or can i just install win98 and then later on use some software like Partition Magic?
