well after looking at all coolers in my price range i bit the bullet and went a little more money than i wanted and got this one:
Newegg.com - ZALMAN CNPS9500 LED 92mm 2 Ball Cooling Fan with Heatsink - Retail

my said freind said it was the next best thing to liquid cooling and i expect he is right! in lord of the rings online and half life 2 i was at 48c-50c at higher settings
and now i hardly break 38c! and it doesn't sound like a plane is idling in the room either! i highly reccomend it.:D

he is wrong becuase there are pretty much 5 coolers that beat the Zalman and they were all around that price while some cheaper. The Zalman is so expensive becuase of it's looks. I mean it does cool well enough but there are better coolers for the money if you were willing to give up the look of the Zalman.

hey sora looks like you are getting ready to do some serious upgrading/changing/modding to your rig!
p.s. i love my zalman! and yes...it looks great.
