looks great to me. I'd go with the 8800GTS 320mb if the budget allows...otherwise what you have there will be pretty nice

if the budget doesn't allow then use evga's step up program they will upgrade you if you request a new card within 90days of purchase and you just have to pay the price difference between the cards. If your thinking of modding that case SECC is a tough material I have broken 2 drill bits trying to use a hole cutter on it. The psu brand I have never heard of look up some reviews

I'm surprised, no one said anything about the PSU. Coolmax, isn't a recommended brand. Go for either a, Rosewill RP550 550W, XClio GREATPOWER 550, XClio GOODPOWER 500, or FSP 450W.
