I think i'll go with the msi mb. What size fan is that which comes with it? I'll probably want to replace it.

yes pretty much all standard NB fans are 40mm. Why not just replace the entire HSF with one of these little things?

how much diff would it make having an aftermarket hsf for nb when it comes to o/c?

well honestly I don't think they are needed....but the Blue Ice is only 8 bucks and has a sick LED fan so I'm going to get one for my P5N-E when i buy it open box soon.

They do cool usually 4 or 5 degree better than stock which can help your overclock if the NB was overheating too much to get a good overclock.
