Taking out my dvd Drive + replacing it.

My dvd drive has broken and i have gotten a replacement. but the drive is in a drive cage with those green plastic things on it that dell put on it. how do take the old drive out + put the new drive in???

Lift the green plastic things, slide drive out. Take the spacer screw from the old drive and put it in the appropriate area on the new, slide back in.

unfortunately i no longer thave the manual for my pc as i lost it. and the manual of the new dvd drive doesnt talk about this. and also, what doyou mean by spacer screw?
