Missing Harddrive

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

My windowblinds program always says
" please insert a disk into \device\harddisk1\DR2"

Right click on my computer on the start tab and select Manage,Disk managment. That will show your hard drives. If it shows there you can format it from this menu.
