Okay this system mounts in normal cases actually better then acrylic because that lexan cr#P breaks. It does show the fan on the outside of the case. However they should be mounted on the inside on the radiator. Thats what the instructions say. As far as this setup and the aquairus that quality of swiftech iis about 3x better. Swiftechs water stuff is going to give you better cooling just like if you were to use redline water wetter in the radiator of your car. This setup will mount no problem in the thermaltake case. I would get rid just about all the fans in that thermal takes once you get this. Maybe keep 1 or 2 until you get northbridge and video card water block though. The fans mount on the inside no problem> remember if your just buying the kit it comes with 1 radiator and there is suffiecent room for it and the fan.
