well guys good news, intel has won me over but not with the duo core, ive heard about the prices dropping in the near future, so im gonna get the q6600 quad core most likely, any suggestions on cases cuz im switching to a full tower?

get a thermaltake case. watercooled =), heat drops dramatically by like 8 degrees

NZXT Zero is a good full sized case, so is the Gigabyte Aurora, as are the Thermaltake Armor's

But don't forget that Ultra has faster shader speed

And an $800 price tag. (And for that you don't even get free shipping. Geez.)

of course, im definitely waiting for the price drop, and if the price drops that much for all the cpu's i may upgrade to the q6700 depending on the future price, but besides that will all the components be compatible with each other?

I guess the only thing I could offer as an upgrade would be the motherboard, not that the DS3 is a bad mobo in the least but the MSI P6N Platinum is also a good board, or the P5B-Plus

ok back to the led stuff, i added a fan control that came 2 sound response led's , i also replaced the tuniq tower with the same one except it has led's , would it be safe to replace the side panel on the stacker with a window and trade off 4 fan slots, or would i risk overheating my system, OR, are the fan slots not attached to the panel?
