SLi Trouble

Hi, Today i revieved my new mobo an Asus P5N-E SLi this was good as i have been waiting for ages. This was all fine until i tried to use the SLi function. It just doesnt work. I get a Code 10 error in the device manager but only on the second card, my first one works fine. Ive tried installing and re installing new drivers for ma mobo and graphics plus running it on 1 card and then going to 2. I have also removed and reatatched both cards, the selecter and the SLi bridge. Nothing has worked please Help me.

My Spec is as follows:
Asus P5N-E SLi (nVidia 650i chipset)
Intel E6600 Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz
Giel 2Gb DDR2 RAM 667MHz
160Gb Seagate Barracuda SATA2 HDD
2x nVidia 7300Gt 256Mb
Arctic Power 700W SLi certifieed PSU
Thermaltake Suprano case

isnt there like a dip switch, jumpers, or in the BIOS setting to enable or disable the sli function ?
