Best card reader for the money....

Can anyone recommend me, a very good card reader, for maybe under $30? I just don't know what brand is good for them.

External hub type or in-the-bay type? For the money, nothing beats a USB cord to whatever you are using, be it a digital camera or whatnot. But I loved my internal reader, I have no idea what brand it was, it was cheap like 15 bucks and fit in the floppy bay and it read everything you could throw at it.
