HELP!!! im getting a horrible error message (whats new!

See attached file. Basically i cannot access any shares on the windows 98 pc from the windows 2003 server. I get the error message.
I can access shares on the windows 2003 pc from the windows 98 pc but not vice versa.
The windows 2003 server can access the win xp machine and vice versa.
I have the win 98 pc authenticating via the 2003 pc and have user level access setup to the 2003 pc, with the valid groups setup. But still the error message!
Any Idea's?
