Need a reformat -- MS Office, will it count as re-install limit?

I need to reformat my family PC, it is very slow, virus scans and adware scans aren't helping. Now, only thing is, I have MS Office XP or whatever on there, and it has a 3 limit computer install type of deal, so when I reformat, and I goto reinstall, will it count towards that limit?

You can save the setup onto a cd or something.

As long as you havent changed your mother board or processor you will be jsut fine. Activation uses hardware identification to its ID purposes. So you can activate it on the same PC several times without any problems.
