hmm...what if my zalman cpu fan says that it specifically can handle up to 3.2 ghz on silent mode and anything up on normal mode?

that cooler is excellent. i'd say you can overclock to 3++ ghz.

even on silent mode? it says itll support up to 3.2 ghz on silent mode...but thats not overclocking, its the actual processor. still safe?
