Which Motherboard For Athlon XP 3200+

I am looking for recommendations as to a good motherboard that has more than 2 SATA headers that will support the Athlon XP 3200+. I intend to run the following items in SATA mode:

Two (2) 74GB 10000 rmp harddrives in Raid 0
One (1) 250GB hardrive
One (1) Plextor 12X DVD R-/R+ RW

The GA-K8NSNXP is a good mother board with 4 headers, and if you dont really like that board, you can look at the following link, and check the details of the boards yourself and choose the one that is right for you. Hope that I could help some.
