Any tips for PSU cooling?

Yep, get it right the first time or else you are screwed.

Even with water cooling, it's still going to blow hot air into the room. All water cooling does is carry the heat away from its source. It doesn't consume heat, it just moves it.

While it would make the PSU cooler, it wouldn't help the room temperatures.

The only way to make it blow cooler air is to make the PSU generate less heat, which probably isn't possible.
