Kingston Technology claims it is first to market with its new ultra low-latency DDR2 800MHz 3-3-3 HyperX memory modules:
Kingston unveils ultra low-latency 800MHz memory
now, correct me if im wrong, but isnt low-latency...........oh i dont know........bad for gamers?
the timings is 3-3-3, n that can be matched with DDR SDRAM with lower timings my gosh. I understand that lower seems to be better, but dont u guys think theinquirer.net got it wrong that low-latency means higher timings?
i always thought that 4-4-4 or 5-5-5 is better, but any higher is worse proving low-latency with higher timings, right?
sry, but i was just confused by this article, stating that this is aimed towards gamers when it says it's low-latency, which ive always read is bad to have.
