How does this build look?

Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
2 GB Mushkin RAM (pretty good that i get it for 100$ here hahahaha)
8800 GTS 320 MB (i don't really need 640, but then again not real sure, have 1400 X 900 Resolution LCD)
Asus P5N-E SLI or MSI P6N SLI-FI
2 OEM Sony DVD-ROM Drives
1X 500 GB Drive(i also have some IDE Drives lying around to add, i might include em')
Xclio GoodPower PSU
