I only made it a thread not to embarrass him as it is an Incredible rig but to make sure that my comments were correct and that everyone agrees with me. I am not jealous or being spiteful although I do see how you can see it that way as I keep repeating I am just trying to give him some constructive criticism so he can save some cash next time as far as I know no-one here has a perversion towards spending money it is hard to be in the hobby without spending thousands of pounds/dollars

well I don't know if this will work but you could put a quadro card in your spare pci-express x16 slot no to sli but to run independently I have never heard of anyone doing that though. The 8800gtx is a gaming card whilst the quadro is for workstations it is more suited for your design work but they do cost the same as a small child
