CPU Temperature runs at 60c while IDLE and up to 80c

also, opening you case to "let air out " will have the oposite desired effect, with the case closed you should have a decent airflow, hot air being sucked out through the back and cool in in through the front and or side.
 
Not really a good idea...lol. Condensation could form, and then your computer shorts.
 
id suggest a water cooling kit, and what programs are you running? also check obvious thiungs like is it in a confined space.

to expensive coz u have to go all out if ur goin to get one that worth it

I suppose, but you have to think is it worth it in the long run. Personally i think that watercooling systems is just 1 more thing to go wrong
