What speed is your RAM though? 533, 667, 800? And yes, you should take out the 512, it's hindering your computers performance, make sure your 2 gigs are running in dual channel though, you can do this by putting them in the 1 and 3 slot or the 2 and 4 slot.

I believe 800 but i will take the 512 out and ill see what happens. Thanks.
