on your mobo, you will not be able to go much past that without a vcore increase. which is impossible on your mainboard. so...meh. youre probably there. post all your settings (ie ram speed, ram setting, cpu multi, ht multi and everything else) and i will see if i can help you change something else to gain more.

didnt u say ur ram went up too, u have to unlink it from your cpu in bios

no it don't go up that was with that program i was using.

ram speed = 800
Cpu Multi is at Auto
ht multi is at auto
and everything is at Auto.

So what settings should I switch?

drop the ht multi to 3 or 4.
leave the cpu multiplier at stock (not auto) 11.
drop ram speed to ddr2-667 (at least...if it doesnt want to stabilize run it at ddr2 533).
your ram timings of 5-5-5-12 are fine.
try this and see if it helps.

yeah that helps but I was wondering what temp i should shoot for? my cpu is at 42ºC I was wondering how hot I can get it before problems occur?
