Problem opening .txt with Notepad

Hello everyone,

I have an issue with opening .txt files. When I click on a file I receive a message that "C:\Filepath\example.txt is not a valid Win32 Application" I have checked all the usual things like making sure that the Opens with is set to Notepad. Also Notepad works on its own. I can open Notepad and open a .txt file, so the program itself is working.

Anyone have any ideas what might be causing this?

If you have another pc try opening it up on there, if not or you can't there could be somethin wrong with your notepad opening files and suggest to repair windows as this will repair win32 files
