We are going to upgrade TF to the latest vBulletin. that's going to be a really big help against spammers.

To bad the skin sucks... you know they only take about 30 minutes of work and is a ++++ to the site...

@Trifid's few week old thought: that's just funny.

But something somewhat funny I've been noticing, advertising within messages - they'll say something fairly purposeful or pose a somewhat general question, and then either leave some random links (ads) or put them in their signature.

Nice idea, spammers.

If it is in the sig, it is legal. If it is in the post, it will depend, but is usually spam. Most of these are reported and banned quite quickly, thanks to the help of many members.
