My computer has a 8800 gts 320 mb and i have a ds3 mobo with a e6320 cpu and this PSU

and i have nout even been into bios it said enter system disk then ever disk i entered would not work. next after rebooting it, it would turn off right after booting .then i cant get any video at all but i here the sytem running. any one help!
Edit: removed the batter for 2 mins and it boots now but soon after stops
