Message everytime I restart the computer...

This pops up, every time I restart or turn on my computer. What does this mean? And how can I stop it, from reappearing.

Sure thats just a glitch. You can add explorer.exe to the exception list in.
Control Panel>System>Advanced>Performence Settings>Data Execution Prevention.

Move circle to last choice and browse to explorer.exe in windows or windows32 folder.

You could also replace explorer.exe with a known good copy to see if the problem disappears. (From Install Disk)
