yeah, looks to be an amazing deal. Poor AMD is facing stiff competition in procesors and graphics cards. Lets hope they can compete, that always makes better deals for us. Cause if you think about it, without AMD's new CPU's coming out, intel would have no incentive to drop the prices. Maybe i should write a paper on this for civics/economics class, lol.

If these are the same chips but with different fsb then won't they overclock less because of a lower multiplyer?
Doesn't the e6700 have a multiplyer of 10 (2660mhz/266fsb=10) and the e6750 would only have a multiplyer of 8 (2660mhz/333fsb=8). So when overclocking you will have to hit a even higher fsb and have a even better ram and motherboard set.

The Conroes aren't 45nm though. The 45nm processors, will be Penryn, Wolfdale, and Yorkfield.
