Getting in the hard drive

I am having problems getting the hard drive into the bay. I looked at two guides and neigher helped. I have an SATA drive. Also, the hard drive just came with the drive itself in a bag, it didn't come with any cables or anything like that. What do I do about that?

You bought an OEM drive, you will need to buy the cables.

grab this and this if you dont already have a sata power plug
Are you sure your MB has SATA support?

I don't know why it wouldn't, my mobo is this one: Newegg.com - PC CHIPS A11G V1.0 Socket AM2 NVIDIA GeForce 6100 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail it says in the specs: SATA 1.5 Gb/s 2

I don't need an IDE cable or something like that also?

Ok it supports it. The IDE cable is for PATA harddrives (old). You have a SATA (new) HD that requires the SATA cable that I suggested.
