My PC doesn't start!!!

Hi...
I was working on my PC and it freezed.. So I restarted it, and it didn't start, an error message appeared on tha blue screen...
The error was:

STOP: 0x00000024 (0x00190203, 0x81DAD268, 0xC0000102, Dx00000000)

So I tried starting it in safe mode but nothing worked. I made a google on it and it said I should try to start it with the Windows XP cd. So I tried, and another error appears on the blue screen:

STOP: 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0xF853E0BF, 0xF898A208, 0xF8989F08)

PCI.SYS - Address F853E0BF base at F8537000, DataStamp 3B7D855C

So I tried to do all the test the computer has on the hardware and everything is supposed to be fine...

Can anyone help me solve this???

Well I would try, but I can't do it cause the PC doesn't get to that part... It just trying to turn on and before the screen where you can pick what to do with the windows cd the blue screen appears...
