Updating BIOS

Hey fellas I have downloaded the latest Asus P5B Deluxe WiFi BIOS but don't know how to install it. It has a .ROM extension. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks. Just to let you know I don't have a floppy drive.

asus should have a winflash app or something...just going by memory...should be pretty easy to do...did it a few months ago on my asus laptop
