Ok so I got a file in my recycling bin that will not delete... everytime I try to empty it, it gives me an error "Cannot delete Dc3167: It is being used by another person or program".
I closed everything (rebooted too), it's just a corrupted file that won't move or delete.
Is there anyway I can delete this thing, it's really stating to get on my nerves.
