Pros: I have Core 2 Duo E6700 on my other computer and i can hardly notice the difference between them.
Cons: None
Other Thoughts: Buy it. You won't be disappointed. I think it is the same as Core 2 Duo processors. They all use the same technology 60 nm.

A pentium D can't even touch an AMD X2 let alone a frickin E6600 C2D....ghz mean very little.
