just a question, what is your target price for the build, before shipping?

and whats his favorite color?

and besides gaming, what else will he be using it for? internet, media, etc...

does he need a monitor and mouse and keyboard? or just the tower?
(just wondering, because its kind of hard to build a nice pc with out a rough estimate to shoot for.

well, what i am told by my brother is to pick out the cheapest and good performing parts for his new build. he's gonna pick the monitor and the case, the keyboard and the mouse. he might just use his old ones too, not sure about that. but there is no budget, but the cheaper the better. as of right now, i will be giving him my x850xt, untill he decides he wants a better dx10 card for the future. he is going to use it mostly for web surfin and microsoft office, but will also be doing some gaming. so what he wants is a all round computer that will last him for atleast 2 years and which will play css and fear. one more thing, he wants to add a tv tuner to the build. so any recomendation?

so no budget in mind, but has to be cheap and has to perform well for the amount of price being payed.
