One fan on the side of my computer = 34cfm INTAKE
One fan on back of computer = 34cfm EXHAUST
One fan on top of computer = 34cfm EXHAUST

I have one more fan (just got it) that I am trying to decide which of the above 3 to replace... The new fan is 60+ cfm.... My system is running very warm 55-65C... Should I replace the BACK exhaust (closest to cpu) or should I replace the TOP exhaust (heat rises), or should I blow in more cold air (not really think of doing this one)....

I would think BACK EXHAUST would be best.... Your thoughts?

I have no front fans (no option for this unfortunately)

My vote's for the back...

But why don't you try out both and see which one makes your system run cooler?

my vote is on the side panel, blowing in the system so the CPU fan can blow cooler air from your new fan

You have more exhaust than intake. You need more cooler air to be taken in. So I agree with sylwek. Side intake with the new fan.
