Anything wrong with this laptop?

IBM Thinkpad T40 on eBay

Do you guys have any problems with this? You guys think its trustworthy and I should go for it?

I need to know by tomorrow because thats when I might buy it.....

I wouldn't buy it with his attitude. He wants the money first and doesn't want to sign anything saying he has received the money.

I can pay him thru the Checkfree.com thing aswell....But what worries me about that is there is no FAQ or anything what it does? It just wants you to sign up first and giving sensitive information AND then you learn what it does....

And I would buy it now for $783........

But I'll go with you guys and pass this one over
