Is there supposed to be a product key with it cuz it doesn't come with one.... and i can't refund because it was a closing down sale... what do i do now? should i try setup and see if it does require one?

Yes it does require a Serial. At least it should. I would ask them to fid out for sure. But it should have a serial.

OEM just means without the box, the serials is usually required for the cd

you can install it and skip the step...but you will need that key.
It should have been on the package...unless it's a bootleg
