I think they only ship within the US, except for Alaska and Hawaii. Well they do have buy.com for Canada (ca.buy.com), but I couldn't find Crucial memory there.

I can't say for sure since I never sent mine in, but they give you a month from the purchase date, I just forgot about it They have google checkout, and I doubt google would support a site which isn't reputable.
