LED TEMP or SPEEDFAN TEMP???

I have a new decked out peaced together system... On the front of my pc tower I have an LED read out that has CPU, HDD, and VGA amongst other things.... I believe this information is correct as shown... But here is the odd thing... I downloaded Speedfan for sh!ts and giggles, and it is totally different on everything?? I'm talking 10-30C different.... My father said to go with the LED over the software... Thoughts?

speedfan is usually pretty accurate.
