Hard drive occasionally clicking

Thanks for the link above, i was interested in how my HDD faired, its almost a year old and i got the following results

Excellent results then? how accurate is this?
 
Based on the image you provided, and the fitness and performace bars, I would say a basic assessment would be that the drive is in good shape. I do agree with saltynay, that you should run HDTune to get a more complete picture of what the condition is.

Edit:

Although HD Tune is nice, the best options to diagnose your hard drive is to use the software from the manufacture of the drive. Some times the diagnostic code is different from drive to drive.
