Hard drive occasionally clicking

Download SpeedFan 4.32 - SpeedFan - a small application that shows you fan speed, voltage and chip temerature. - Softpedia

This is the speed fan you should use. Once installed there is a 'S.M.A.R.T.' tab, select your hard drive from the pull down menu and it will tell you the level of fitness and preformace. If they are too low and you dont want to risk the drive dying, then back up your data and buy a new one.

speed fan I would only use as a quick check but hdtune actually tests your hardriv for quite a while for bad sectors

Based on the image you provided, and the fitness and performace bars, I would say a basic assessment would be that the drive is in good shape. I do agree with saltynay, that you should run HDTune to get a more complete picture of what the condition is.

Edit:

Although HD Tune is nice, the best options to diagnose your hard drive is to use the software from the manufacture of the drive. Some times the diagnostic code is different from drive to drive.

If you're sure the drive is clicking, just ignore S.M.A.R.T. and replace the drive.
