Hi
how do i write a document in pdf format. i mean what is the name of the package which writes documents in pdf format?
 
I've heard that you can choose to save a MS Word document to a .pdf file in one of the newer Office suites.

But for what I know, you have to purchace the licensed version of PDF maker to create a .pdf file.
 
Adobe Acrobat is the "official" .PDF maker, though other software have this capability too. Illustrator and InDesign (and maybe other Adobe products) can do it too. Of course, those are expensive solutions, but if you need to make only a few files on the next month or so, you can download a free 30-day trial version of Acrobat here .
