Onboard video question.

Silly for me to ask, but if a mobo has no onboard video, when I boot up, will nothing appear on the monitor, as it has no video?

Exactly...theres no place for the monitor to be hooked up to....therefore no picture.

you need to use a videocard your computer will recognise the card and use it but you need to install the latest drivers once you have installed windows
