I've been Hijacked!

I was wondering if there is anyone who can help me. Every time I hit a page that isn't there, instead of getting the typical error page, I get "Internet Optimizer" I now have a deep hatred of them.
I ran CWShredder and it's still there. I ran HijackThis and need help understanding the log. If I post it, can someone help?

I had something like this happen not too long ago. I don't know if yours is the same as mine was, but mine was a trojan horse. Very, very annoying it is. If you did get this virus, first, uninstall Internet Optimizer in your Add/Remove Programs, then go into regedit, do a search for Internet Optimizer, and remove all occurences of it. Then update your virus definitions and do a complete scan.
