My Radeon 9200LE moddable?

I just picked up a free 9200LE, and it has a passive heatsink, which, as I just felt, is barely warm, would I be able to softmod it into a regular 9200 or something like an X800XT with just the passive heatsink?

BTW, it's the 128 meg version.

not gonna get even 1/4th of what a x800 is.. but you can soft mod, you can lap the heat panel if there is one, get a hsf for better cooling, and overclock it, but.. iono how much faster you'll get that card

If it is free then push it too the limit, I would buy a case fan and rig it to the card.

Uhh, yeah, I was kidding about the X800, I'm not spending anymore money on anything else for this computer, I'm getting the one in my sig soon, I put it together, I just have to recieve it back from a friend who needed to benchmark. Now,can you tell me what "lapping" the "heat panel" is?
