My IE 7 (on Vista) does not display the variables which contain prompts or alerts on the GUI, whereas in the opera they are displayed. Should I use windows restore? I don't think that matter is motivative to do an action like this. I tried downloading it from microsoft website, but there was no compartible edition for vista, cause Vista OS include it. I want IE 7 to be applicable, cause it's the only browser which runs ACTIVE X control, if problems like this occur it won't be tolerateable enough, cause it will get on my nerves. I do not want to install again KASPERSKY, cause it deleted a vista dll file and i needed to use windows restore. I now precautionary use nod32.

I'm not sure what you're talking about. But, for a anti-virus that is free and very good, get AVAST Home Edition. What is "IT"

IE7 doesn't work right because it is IE7, made by Microsoft. Get Firefox instead. Could you explain in more details what you mean?

Scripts use some variables in connection with the GUI, which are not displayed. I have also a second browser OPERA instead. Opera might be very useful, but only internet explorer can use Active X control. I can not reinstall IE 7 cause it's setup for VISTA is not availble, because vista already include it.

Firefox with IE Tab would work. I haven't used the final version of IE7.

Ok thanks a lot! I installed firefox instead IE and opera.
