Ok if i get 2 GPUs that are not quite the same but are one is the extreme version of the other but are esentially the almost the same exact card will i be able to run SLI?

As long as they are the same model number (ie. two 8800GTX's). IIRC, you cannot mix model numbers (ie. 8800GTX + 8800GTS).

...Well I'm not shure if you can mix brands or not? But if you can and you use a card with a higher clock / memory speed it will down clock it to the other cards speed. So they both run at the same speeds. (Whatever is lowest.)

if it was up to me i would have SLI eVGA's 7900 GS KO's in here but i ran out of money and had to settle for just one and now i have enough money and they stopped carrying it....

Don't go SLI....Sell the card for 130 bucks and then take the 150 you would spend on a new one for an 8800GTS 320.

A single 8800GTS 320 will destroy SLI 7900GS...

SLI is almost NEVER worth it.
