I have that mobo, and it rocks. 939 still works, people... not everything has to be the latest and greatest. We can't all afford to trash what we have and go new.
Yeah, if you stick with 939, Definitely either get a new DFI or try and dig up an older one. I have the the older Ultra and it's awesome. If you're into overclocking, it gives you every option you could ever want.
