Is the ATI Radeon Xpress 200 chipset any good for a Socket 939 / PCI-E platform? Does it overclock well? (in particular RAM; I'm interested in finding a board that will support my DDR600 RAM)

I'm talking about the CHIPSET. Not the integrated video. I know ATI only recently started releasing chipsets, but I have no idea what they are capable of... ATI Xpress integrated video has been around for quite a while.
