What is a good case fan? Do I need one intake and one exhust?

I plan on Overclocking for my first time ever and want to make sure I keep everything stable and cool.
 
Oh sorry about that. It's just that I haven't heard Xclio for their PSUs. But I saw it on newegg and it looks good. I've only known them for making those cases with the 25cm fans.
 
The Xclio 450BL is a very highly recommended PSU...As he stated Xclio do makes good PSU's.

The rails on that model are very solid, pretty much the same as the FSP 450w. The FSP offers 2 more Amps i think but i wouldn't pay 17 bucks more for 2 amps.

Back to the original question, your case will come with pretty decent fans to begin with but you could get better if you want.
