Overclocking Help on a Sony Vaio VGC-RB50

Hello all,
Im new to OC, i pretty much want to know what i have to buy or DL to overclock My PC. I tried doing a search, but didnt find an aswer. Id appreciate everyones help. Sorry for the newbie question

I don't think you can overclock, because you said, your computer is a Sony Vaio. Retail computers like Sony, Dell, and HP, lock the BIOS on their motherboards, where you would overclock.
