Should I upgrade to this?

yea....i love rocking old equipment, its just got and edgy feel to it. Of course now i have to run newer stuff with my video editing, but i still have an old pentium box lying around.

as far as the psu, get whatever you feel you should get. that usually works. If you end up getting what someone else obligates you to get, it usually goes wrong. I just mentioned Antec because its a trusted brand and i have always used them. But in all seriousness, one of those cheaper PSUs will do you fine.

Well, thanks for the help. I'll wait a couple of days. I don't like spending a lot of money, lol.

This is what I have in mind at the moment (faster memory, only € 8,00 extra):

GFX: http://www.azerty.nl/producten/product_detail/?ID=7898
mem: http://www.azerty.nl/producten/product_detail/?ID=12777
CPU: http://www.azerty.nl/producten/product_detail/?ID=9583
Case: http://www.azerty.nl/producten/product_detail/?ID=2574
PSU: http://www.azerty.nl/producten/product_detail/?ID=9054
Maybe it's not that bad :p
HSF: http://www.azerty.nl/producten/product_detail/?ID=10520
I already have AS5.
Mobo: http://www.azerty.nl/producten/product_detail/?ID=9590

Total: € 812,04 with all taxes

I have the Antec Smartpower 2.0 400W... Noise is not an issue. Even though it has 2x80mm fans, the front one will be off 99% of the time, and the back one runs at a very low RPM. It is basically inaudible.

Just ordered:
BFG 7600GT OC
OCZ PC2-7200
Scythe Infinity
Intel E6300

Will order the rest in a couple of days, cause I have to stay below € 450,00 cause of some taxes stuff (ordering on my business so I don't have to pay taxes).

Will also give me some more time to think about the PSU.

Ordered
P5W DH Deluxe
Thermaltake Soprano Silver + window
Huntkey 450w (hope I won't regret :p)

It will take a while before I receive the parts. They barely have anything in stock.

I asked them when they will receive the PSU so they can finally send me the 3 parts I am still waiting for (case, mobo, psu).

They told me it would take until the end of April. So I canceled the Huntkey PSU and ordered this one instead:

Asus A-45GA, 450 Watt, Retail :: Azerty Hardware

and also added this:

Coolink SWIF 921 Retail, 92 x 92 x 25 mm, Blauw :: Azerty Hardware

So this is what I already received at the moment:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo (Allendale), E6300, Socket 775, Boxed :: Azerty Hardware
RAM: OCZ OCZ2G9002GK, 2048 MB, DDR2, PC7200, 900 MHz, 2 x :: Azerty Hardware
HSF: Scythe Infinity :: Azerty Hardware
GFX: BFG Geforce 7600 GT OC, 256 MB, DDR3, PCI Express x16 :: Azerty Hardware

And this is what I hope to receive within a week or so:

Mobo: Asus P5W DH Deluxe, Retail :: Azerty Hardware
Case: Thermaltake VB1000SWS, Soprano + Window, Zilver :: Azerty Hardware
PSU: Asus A-45GA, 450 Watt, Retail :: Azerty Hardware
FAN: Coolink SWIF 921 Retail, 92 x 92 x 25 mm, Blauw :: Azerty Hardware

I received the parts yesterday and built it. Seems to be running fine, except the BIOS doesn't recognize the RAM speed. Setting it manually to PC2-7200 doesn't boot windows (black screen).
