services problem

hey Ive recently formated one of my other computers hard drive and when i go to the services in administrative tools and start the services i need then restart the computer and none of the services i started are loaded when xp boots. Also when i type msconfig in the run program it comes up with an error it cant be found. did i install xp wrong or something? any help would be welcome

you should try searching for the msconfig file, and if that doesnt find it download it from the web

go to XP Msconfig
